OCW 2.9

This update focuses on

• Support for using OCW in a mod collection (a way for the collection curator to include OCW and customize its behavior, without surprising the players)

• Support for interoperability with mods

• Fixes and robustness

• Minor inconsequential changes

Last but not least, a single new functionality to gently bridge the OCW towards the civil war expansion (which will feature a third faction, the least)
